Positioning Challenge:
Growton was operating in a category crowded with sales consultants, advisors, trainers, and experts selling knowledge, frameworks, and PDF-heavy recommendations. The challenge was to separate Growton from this world – and make clear that the company does not simply diagnose problems or talk about sales.

The deeper opportunity was to name an unaddressed market need: companies do not need more advice about sales. They need someone to implement sales – to take responsibility for turning strategy, people, tools, processes, and rhythm into a working commercial system. This led to the core positioning shift: from “sales consultancy” to sales implementation company.

Idea:
We created the brand idea: The new standard of implementing sales.

This idea gave Growton a stronger, future-proof market promise. “New standard” is intentionally self-renewing – it allows the brand to keep evolving with the market, technology, buyer behaviour, recruitment challenges, and sales operations, while staying rooted in one clear ambition: raising the bar for how sales should actually be built inside companies.

“Implementing sales” became the key category reframing. It moved Growton away from the familiar world of consultants selling presentations, abstract wisdom, and strategic recommendations – and towards a more accountable role: a partner that enters the company, understands the model, builds the system, supports recruitment, configures tools, improves processes, and helps sales become predictable in practice.


The idea was then translated across the full brand and performance platform: website, social media, print, paid campaigns, landing pages, lead-generation flows, sales materials, and communication between marketing and sales. Every touchpoint reinforced the same message: Growton does not sell advice about sales. Growton implements sales.


We built an integrated BRAND + SALES platform for Growton – combining brand building with performance marketing, and putting communication between marketing and sales at the heart of the system.
