Background:
Growton approached Screens at a moment when their business had strong expertise, clear operational value, and a highly practical approach to sales – but needed a sharper market expression. The challenge was not only to communicate what Growton does, but to reposition the company away from the crowded category of “sales consultancy” and towards a clearer, more ownable role: a sales implementation company that helps businesses turn sales into a predictable, working system.
Insight:
Most B2B companies do not struggle because they lack another consultant, presentation, or theoretical framework. They struggle because brand, marketing, sales, recruitment, and implementation often operate in separate silos. Growton’s real strength was its ability to connect these areas around one practical goal: building sales that actually works in the client’s company.
